Gabon: ENA Announces Recruitment of Interns. LIBREVILLE, Gabon — The Gabonese National School of Administration (ENA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Public Function and Strengthening of Capacities, has announced the opening of a recruitment process for intern-students, according to a press release obtained by the Gabonese Press Agency (AGP). This move is part of the ENA’s mission to provide training, administrative modernization, and skill development for the service of the state and users.
The internships, which will last between four to six months, are open to candidates with a Master’s degree in fields such as human resources management, marketing, digital marketing, communication, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment), archiving, and documentation. Profiles with a professional license in digital marketing, infographic design, and manager’s assistant are also sought after.
The press release from the ENA specifies that the application packages must include a motivational letter, a detailed curriculum vitae, a valid ID card, two identity photos, as well as copies of diplomas and certificates.
The submission of applications is scheduled from December 19, 2025, to January 9, 2026, at the General Direction of the ENA located at the PK11 site. Selection interviews are scheduled for January 14, 2026, and the start of the internships is set for January 19, 2026.
The ENA’s recruitment initiative aims to bolster the country’s administrative and professional sectors by offering practical experience to young professionals, contributing to the modernization of the Gabonese administration.
