Gabon President Meets with Ogooué-Lolo Stakeholders to Discuss 2026 Plans. Koulamoutou, Gabon — President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema has concluded a series of high-level consultative meetings with various stakeholders in the province of Ogooué-Lolo.
