LIBREVILLE, 5 April 2026 – In a ceremony held in Oyem, the provincial capital of Woleu-Ntem, Fernand Angoue Obame was celebrated as the newest Doctor in Management Sciences. The event, which drew nearly 500 guests, marked his exceptional achievement of a very good honors degree in accounting, control, and audit from the University of Douala in Cameroon. Jean Pierre Mintsa, a distinguished figure and uncle of the honoree, highlighted the significance of the accomplishment, emphasizing the balance between public service and academic excellence.
