Official statements indicate the company focused on establishing sovereign data centers and increasing digital literacy through new partnerships and educational initiatives.
A primary component of the year’s activity was the implementation of the Digital Fast Track program.
According to official reports, this initiative seeks to accelerate national digital transitions by integrating secure data storage, cybersecurity protocols, and professional training. Regional officials confirmed that construction is underway for a national data center in Côte d’Ivoire, while modernization projects for the country’s Ministry of Finance and Industry continue to progress.

Sources close to the matter said these operations were facilitated by a consortium of international and local technology partners. Similar digital transformation projects in Benin and Burkina Faso have also reportedly reached critical implementation stages.
Workforce development remained a central focus through the launch of the THEYA Foundation and its Africa DigiEmpower program.
Official statements indicate that the initiative provided digital skills training to more than 10,000 youth and women across 12 cities.
The training covered technical fields including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and networking.
