LIBREVILLE, Gabon — 10 March 2026 (AGP) – Anicet Yala, a 50-year-old Gabonese football technician, has been appointed as the interim head coach of the Gabon national football team, it was confirmed by sources close to the Gabonese Football Federation (Fégafoot).
The appointment comes just days before the team is set to participate in the FIFA Series friendly tournament in Uzbekistan.
