[Agadir, Morocco – Aradei Capital and LabelVie have launched a significant solar energy program, aiming to integrate photovoltaic power systems into their extensive real estate portfolio. This strategic move aligns with Morocco’s national energy transition strategies.].
[The first phase of the project is underway at nine sites, utilizing approximately 25,000 square meters of rooftop space, with an installed capacity of 5 MWp expected to be operational by 2026. The initiative is set to expand, targeting nearly 60 assets across Morocco and a total capacity of around 20 MWp.].
[Both companies anticipate that the project will significantly reduce CO₂ emissions and enhance energy efficiency. Beyond rooftop solar systems, they are exploring additional solutions, including photovoltaic shading structures in parking areas, energy storage systems, and other energy-efficient technologies.].
