Malabo, Equatorial Guinea (SONNA) — Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdisalam Abdi Ali, represented the nation at the 11th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) in Malabo. Ali’s participation aimed to underscore Somalia’s dedication to economic cooperation and international engagement as a means to unlock development opportunities.
