In a recent initiative, the FAO provided 660 households led by women with a livestock reconstitution kit, which included four reproducible goats (three females and one male), 90 kg of animal feed (groundnut hay and groundnut shells), and a 2 kg mineral block.
Additionally, the FAO established six producer field schools, which engaged 150 participants in training on livestock farming practices.
