Gabon: Paul Ulrich Kessany Sworn In as New Minister of Youth, Sports, and Culture. During the ceremony, the outgoing interim Minister, Dr. Simplice Désiré Mamboula, handed over the departmental files to Kessany in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
