Russian-Central African relations are a model of interaction based on trust, for the benefit of the peoples of both countries, according to the Russian Embassy in CAR.
The Central African Republic (CAR) President Faustin-Archange Touadera arrived in Moscow today for an official visit. He was welcomed at the airport by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and CAR Ambassador to Moscow Leon Dodonou-Pounagaza.

According to the Russian embassy, Touadera will discuss with Russian President Vladimir Putin issues of cooperation between the CAR and Russia in the fields of economy, security and humanitarian affairs.

The CAR leader’s visit is scheduled to last three to four days. The last meeting between Putin and Touadera occurred at the second Russia-Africa summit in St. Petersburg in July 2023.
